- Have full knowledge of beverage lists and food menus;
- Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards;
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage;
- Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods;
- Responsible for personal hygiene, grooming, clean uniform, and professional appearance;
- Responsible for punctuality when reporting to work, and clocking in and out
- To perform other duties as directed by your supervisor;
- Serve food & beverage orders in a friendly, professional, and timely manner;
- Clear tables during service;
- Control guest checks and secure proper payment;
- Provide exceptional service
