You’ll be responsible for engaging potential new team members, vetting the candidates to make sure they are qualified, and narrowing down to candidates who are best suited for our culture. 50,000 - $80,000 per year commission
Responsibilities :
- Utilize job boards to post jobs that reach potential new real estate team members
- Make sure all candidate files are properly stored and managed to assure privacy and keep information readily available
- Recruit entry-level agents with high growth potential via cold calling, emailing, networking events, or other forms of communication to round out our real estate sales team
- Manage the hiring process, set up interviews, make recommendations to hiring managers based on who you find to be the best fit for our team and culture, and follow up with candidates who are not selected
- Give regular presentations on the success of recruiting tactics
Qualifications :
MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE LICENSE.
