We are looking for a talented designer to assist our elite editorial team with enhancing or entertainment, news and editorial coverage published daily. You will support the team by creating eye-catching enhancements to existing photos and templates as well as using your creativity to bring original ideas.

Experience helps, but what we are most interested in is intelligence, a strong work ethic, genuine character and an eye for engaging and catchy visuals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The key ways in which you will become an integral part of our team include:

- Enhance existing editorial design quality
- Apply your creativity to generating new original designs
- Establish consistent brand kits across our portfolio of brands
- Assist editorial team with real-time enhancements
- Flex original design skills in creating merch for Country Rebel

- Utilize and stay-up-to-date on latest AI tech that can assist with design and graphic creation

- Demonstrate expertise in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.

- Understand color theory, typography, and visual design principles.

- Photo enhancement techniques for social media

You will be working closely with the Editor In Chief and the owners of a company that has been thriving for over 10 years. We are a relatively small team, but we are a family giving 110% each day, with a "cup half full" mentality. Your communication, reliability, work ethic and personal drive must be excellent or the position will not be a good fit.

POSITION TYPE

This position is full-time up to 40 hours per week. Exact hours flexible but the premise of this position is for consistent design work. Support on breaking news stories as-needed during off hours on occasion.

NOTE: This is a long-term, remote position and you will be required to work from home in a functional work environment. As long as you are a graphic designer who is skilled with modern design techniques --and you would love to design and support an editorial team that loves America, country music and culture, then this position is ideal for you! Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• On call
