Online English Teacher (Remote) - The Really Great Teacher Company

We are looking licensed teachers to teach English to children aged 3 to 18, based in Asia. This is a fully remote position with flexible hours. Teachers will conduct 25-minute one-on-one lessons, using Total Physical Response (TPR) methods to engage students. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, dependable, and ready to start immediately. All training and teaching materials will be provided.
- Peak hours: Monday to Friday 6pm to 9pm Beijing time (5am - 8am EST)
- You would have to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week during peak hours (2 hours per day five days a week)
- Class duration: 25 minutes
- Teaching material provided: Oxford Thinker (training provided)
- Students: Asian children 3-18 yrs (1v1)
- Rate: 15USD per hour
REQUIRED TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT:
- Windows = Intel Core i3-7020U 2.3 Ghz or above or with same performance AMD CPU or
- Mac = MacBook Pro or iMac released after 2016 or MacBook Air released after 2020
and
- 8 GB RAM, must have 20 GB available in system disk
- Windows 10 or higher/ Mac OS 10.15 or higher
- 50 Mbps network bandwidth (min 6.25 Mbps download), must be fiber internet
