About The Role
As an Authentication Compliance Coordinator at The RealReal, you will play a crucial role in managing inventory and administrative duties within the Authentication Compliance department and respective cross-functional teams . Our Authentication Centers, located in New Jersey and Arizona, are where the magic happens, combining the expertise of luxury professionals with advanced technology to process, authenticate, and photograph consigned goods for listing on our website. This position is ideal for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. You will be responsible for supporting authentication compliance inventory control management, utilizing Looker reporting and internal trackers to locate items outside of service level agreements (SLA), and updating documentation through detailed notes and investigation efforts. Collaboration with internal departments is key to resolving operational issues that impact inventory, and you will follow standard operating procedures (SOP) to complete tasks in a timely manner. Additionally, you will surface risks and opportunities to Authentication Compliance leaders for strategic problem-solving and communicate challenges to management in real-time.

What You Get To Do Every Day
- Organize and prioritize Zendesk tickets daily using the dated ticket report to meet SLA requirements.
- Manage pull list requests and delivery to ensure timely item reviews, including logging, delivery coordination, product sorting, and restocking.
- Organize and maintain the counterfeit product cage, including sequestered units, training kits, TRR-owned items, legal holds, and products eligible for quarterly destruction.
- Maintain Authentication Compliance inventory, including items for coachings, scorecard reviews, audits, ReAuth escalations, etc
- Conduct weekly location audits to ensure all products are accurately scanned to their proper locations.
- Perform monthly audits of dated checkouts to verify accurate status updates.
- Support the Buyout process by logging units into the Buyout Document to ensure precise record-keeping.
- Collaborate with management to reaccept items into the pipeline following rejection reviews.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administration or operations, preferably in fashion, retail, e-commerce, or a similarly intensive business environment.
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel for data organization and tracking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities to work effectively across diverse personalities in a matrix organization.
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and skilled at managing and prioritizing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Adaptable and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to evolving workplace changes and trends.
- Action-oriented with a hands-on mindset, thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills to handle competing demands effectively.
