What You Get To Do Everyday
- Work with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), Microsoft Suite, Google Suite.
- Identify and troubleshoot material handling equipment that impacts facility product flow
- Develop positive cross functional internal and external relationship with focus on delivering targeted results that improve the overall occupancy experience, operating efficiency and site reliability
- Conduct routine repairs/ tasks with tools and equipment
- Perform associated tasks on 3 phase electrical systems under 600 volts, critical preventive maintenance predictive maintenance, drive unit and component rebuilds
- PLC/controls a plus
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 3 Years of relevant experience
- Strong technical knowledge of MHE and automation in a distribution environment
- Ability to work, plan, and prioritize independently and in a cross functional team
- Strong verbal, written, analytical and persuasive skills inclusive of exercising good judgment
- Capable of multitasking, highly organized, with excellent time management
- Learn and apply working knowledge of related work area processes and procedures
- Availability to work weekends
