About The Role
The Quality Lead will provide leadership to ensure the effective and efficient completion of Inbound Quality activities. This role will provide support for the daily productivity of the quality team, ensuring audits are completed to TRR standards, with a focus of providing detailed feedback for team improvement.
You'll lead a team of Quality Associates, partner with Receiving and Authentication leaders and work with the Associate Manager of Quality to ensure Authentication Center alignment.

The expected hourly rate for this role is 21.83-26.27. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
