Job Description
We are looking for a Field Tech / Property Inspector to work with our team. The qualified applicant will travel to the properties we manage to document the condition of the home with photos, take showing photos, test appliances, install lockboxes and signs, post 3-day notices, and occasionally visit properties with tenants home to document the condition of the property.
This position will be remote and require use of a company vehicle, cameras, and iPhone for visiting properties in the Kissimmee, FL area.
Since we are the fastest growing property management company in Orlando, we promote from within quickly. This is an entry-level position but we have many positions to work towards within our company. Prior Inspectors in our company have been promoted to become licensed home inspectors, maintenance coordinators, property managers and a general contractor.
We are a large real estate company, currently managing over 1600 single family properties.
Responsibilities
- Perform move out and move in inspections after a tenant vacates a property
- Perform Tenant Occupied Inspections
- Take professional photos of properties for our website
- Take pictures of the condition of homes and document repairs and possible improvements to the home
- Meet homeowners at properties to accept keys and walk the property
- Post notices at properties
- Minor handyman repairs like installing a closet door from off the tracks, changing locks, etc.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
Qualifications
- Perfect Driving Record
- Self-Motivator
- Understand the systems of a home (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances)
- Able to learn how to use a DSLR camera
- Some Saturdays and evenings may be required when needed.

Location: Kissimmee, Florida
Hourly Pay: $16.00 to $20.00; commensurate with experience
