Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized full-time Executive Personal Assistant to support the CEO of The Records Company. This role requires a balance of executive administrative duties and personal assistance, managing a wide range of responsibilities, including diary management, administrative tasks, personal errands, and household affairs. You will act as the right hand to the CEO, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and facilitating their work both at the office and in personal matters. The role is based primarily in our Hamilton office but may require occasional flexibility for off-site tasks.
Key responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, overseeing rental properties, and ensuring timely payment of all household and personal bills. You will also run personal and family errands with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Personal and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Diary/Calendar Management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Mastery of clerical tasks and office administration
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
- Managing rental properties
- Ability to oversee and ensure the timely payment of household and personal bills (utilities, services, etc.)
- Capable of handling a wide variety of personal and family errands efficiently and effectively
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard office hours, as needed
Salary : $40,000 - $55,000
