Job Summary
The Recovery Center USA, LLC is seeking a Vice President who will be responsible for the management of the program under the leadership and guidance of the CEO. This position will provide leadership for their respective states and all staff within the state. You will maintain a respectful and supportive workplace environment. This position will comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. We are looking for a team-oriented individual who is not afraid to work independently. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess strong writing skills and communicate effectively and clearly with the CEO.
Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leadership and supervision of staff including coordinating and/or conducting staff training and development, hiring and selection of staff, performance evaluation, directing and assigning work, and managing work environments.
  • Responsible for on-call coverage.
  • Ensure ongoing programmatic excellence and compliance by completing monthly audits to include that patients are attending treatment and certain treatment elements, treatment planning, etc. are completed based on federal and state guidelines.
  • Complete End of Week and End of Month reports
  • Manage, monitor, and inform leadership as relates to productivity and making sure to maintain 91% productivity for each service we provide.
  • Complete supervision for all admin staff on a monthly basis.
  • Make sure lower staff complete clinical supervision on a weekly basis.
  • Ensure the organization is ready for accreditation.
  • Performance to those standards of accreditation.
  • Attract, develop, coach, and retain high-performance team members, empowering them to elevate their level of responsibility, span of control, and performance.
  • Responsible to manage and reduce risk in area(s) of responsibility and to report it if it is outside of area(s) of responsibility or seek assistance when needed to resolve the matter. Assures health and safety risks are controlled or removed, and a safe and therapeutic environment exists.
  • Demonstrate consistent quality of finance and administration; recommend timelines and resources needed to achieve the program goals.
  • Provides collaborative efforts with agency departments. Participates and initiates program development.
  •  Represents the program and/or Agency in marketing efforts as needed and/or assigned.
  • Adheres to agency policies and procedures; promotes and supports agency mission, vision and values including participating in internal surveys and data collection for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Remains up to date with all state or federal updates regarding Behavioral Health and Substance Use Disorder services within your respective state(s) and assuring practice aligns with regulations and report updates to stat leadership as well as downline staff.
  • Coordinate and strong execution across leadership team in accordance with strategic plan
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or other relevant behavioral science required.
  • 5-15 years of progressive employment experience with a social services or childcare agency organization preferred.
  • Must have at least 5-10 years of supervisory experience. Supervisory experience in residential and foster board care programs preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have a current, valid driver’s license per company guidelines. Travel required.
