Job Title: Senior Vice President of Operations
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Position Summary:
The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Operations at The Recovery Center USA will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, overseeing the strategic direction, operational performance, and continuous improvement of all recovery center facilities and services. Reporting directly to the CEO, the SVP of Operations will ensure operational excellence, financial sustainability, and the highest standards of patient care across all locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and strategic goals.
- Oversee daily operations of all recovery centers, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the CEO and other executive leaders to drive growth initiatives, including expansion into new markets and service offerings.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement among operational teams.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as industry accreditation standards.
- Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and cost-effectiveness.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare partners, regulatory agencies, and community organizations.
- Travel as needed 20%-30%
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree-MBA Required.
- Clinical licensure: CSW or Higher-Preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles within healthcare operations, behavioral health, or addiction recovery services.
- Proven track record of managing multi-site operations and driving organizational growth.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
