The Therapist should have experience providing quality care to patients in need of substance use disorder treatment and a passion to work with this population.
The program utilizes a unique treatment platform designed to drive superior patient outcomes and build an efficient and effective paradigm for treating substance use disorder and reducing recidivism within the criminal justice system (CJS).
The Therapist will report to the Clinical Director.
As part of the interdisciplinary team, the licensed therapist will provide assessment and evaluation services, formulate effective treatment plans and conduct individual and group therapy and case management services.
The licensed Therapist is responsible for ensuring that the needs of the patients are met in accordance with the center’s policies and procedures, federal and state regulations and applicable standards of care.
Qualifications:
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Qualifications:
- Current Florida License – Licensed Psychologist, LMHC, LFMT, or LCSW
- MCAP and/or registered interns will be considered
- Master's or PsyD
- 2 years experience, specifically working in addiction/substance abuse and CAP preferred
- Medication Assisted Treatment experience preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills and use of EMR
- Ability to pass local and Level II background checks
- Ability to pass Palm Beach Sheriff's Office background check
- Ability to follow protocols to ensure safety and security within a detention center
- Proficiency in English
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
