PRN Day & Night positions available, $3 / hr Night Shift Differential Advanced Recovery Systems is an integrated behavioral healthcare management company dedicated to the treatment of addiction, substance abuse, and mental health issues. The Recovery Village Indianapolis (RVI) is an addiction treatment center with a continuum of care for anyone struggling with substance use disorders. The Registered Nurse (RN)performs a wide variety of job duties during a shift, caring for and educating patients about their medical and psychiatric conditions. Establishing trust and building rapport with patients and their families are key elements of this position. Provide compassionate care and support to patients seeking addiction and mental health treatment Monitor patient progress and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create individualized care plans Ability to assess the medical and psychiatric needs of the patient determine the urgency of their needs and expedite treatment is required. Ability to educate patients about medications, health issues and medical conditions.
