Key Responsibilities
As a Therapeutic Activities Coordinator, you will ensure the inventory of supplies is provided on-site. You will counsel and encourage patients to develop leisure activities, evaluate engagement and effectiveness of activities with the assistance of the Clinical Director, and maintain positive relationships with all staff. Additionally, you will maintain healthy boundaries with patients and staff, provide a safe and therapeutic environment, and participate in Quality Improvement activities.
