Overview
We are seeking a passionate Licensed Clinician to join our team at The Recovery Village in Kansas City.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
- Perform biopsychosocial assessments to identify treatment needs.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress.
- Implement therapeutic intervention practices to support patient recovery.
- Prepare discharge summaries to ensure a smooth transition for patients.
Qualifications:
- A Master's Degree with the appropriate licensure/certification as per State regulations.
- At least two years of clinical experience in the mental health field (additional training may substitute for one year).
- Prior experience working in the Substance Use Disorders (SUDs) field is ideal.
- Licensed in the state of Missouri with one of the following:
- LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
- LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
- LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist)
- Licensed Psychologist
