Job Description:
We are seeking an exceptional Clinician to join our team. As a Primary Clinical Therapist, you will be responsible for a patient caseload and provide group, individual, and family therapy. You will conduct psychosocial and bio-psychosocial assessments, collaborate with the Treatment Team to formulate the Master Treatment Plan, and assist in coordinating discharge planning.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychosocial and bio-psychosocial assessments
- Provide group, individual, and family therapy
- Collaborate with the Treatment Team to formulate the Master Treatment Plan
- Assist in coordinating discharge planning
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- At least two years of clinical experience in the mental health field (additional training may substitute for one year)
- Registered in the state of Florida with one of the following licenses: LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT. Preferred minimum credentials: RMHCI, RCSWI, or RMFTI.
