Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Psychiatric & Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide medical services/mental health services to patients admitted to our facilities and throughout treatment within the continuum of care.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Conducts assessments and screens for co-occurring Primary Mental Health issues
- Provides education and support to patients and their families
- Maintains accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatment progress
- Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Qualifications:
Graduated from an accredited Nursing Master's Program with a Family Nurse Practitioner or higher and a Psychiatric Nurse practice degree. Experience in Addiction Medicine/Primary Behavioral Health preferred.
