The Recovery Village Ridgefield is seeking a skilled Food Preparation Specialist to join our culinary team. As a key member of the dining services team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with meal preparation, adhering to proper food handling and storage procedures
* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas
* Conduct daily temperature checks and utilize approved cleaning agents
* Inventory food service items and supplies as directed by the Food Service Director
Requirements:
* 1 year of experience in a related field
* High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
* Food Certification Certificate as required by state (ServSafe preferred)
