Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our team at The Recovery Village Ridgefield, a 80-bed private rehab facility located in the scenic Cascade Range. As a Line Cook, you will assist with meal and food preparation, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper food handling and storage procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas
- Conduct daily temperature checks and utilize approved cleaning agents
- Inventory food service items and supplies as directed
- Perform other duties as assigned by Food Service Director
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a related field
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Food Certification Certificate as required by state (ServSafe preferred)
