Nurse Practitioner Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide medical services/mental health services to patients admitted to our facilities and throughout treatment within the continuum of care.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provides high-quality patient care through effective communication and coordination with multidisciplinary teams
- Develops and implements individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Conducts assessments and screens for co-occurring Primary Mental Health issues
- Provides education and support to patients and their families
Requirements and Qualifications:
Graduated from an accredited Nursing Master's Program with a Family Nurse Practitioner or higher and a Psychiatric Nurse practice degree. Experience in Addiction Medicine/Primary Behavioral Health preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $2,500 per year reimbursement for CME
