Duties and Responsibilities
- Develops Clinical Programming: Develops clinical programming and ensures staff compliance to the curriculum.
- Maintains Compliance: Monitors the continued competency of each preliminarily licensed clinician ensuring state supervision guidelines are provided.
- Audits Documentation: Audits documentation to ensure compliance to company policy, state regulations, Joint Commission standards, and Medical Needs Criteria.
- Treatment Plan Approval: Approves all treatment plans.
- Group Therapy Sessions: Monitors group therapy sessions to ensure quality programming is delivered and to ensure compliance to the program curriculum.
