The Recovery Village offers a range of levels of care including Medical Detox, Inpatient/Residential Rehab, Partial Hospitalization, IOP, Outpatient Rehab, Medication-assisted Treatment, and Teletherapy.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Team Lead to join our team at The Recovery Village Umatilla. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for performing a wide variety of patient care activities as directed by the Clinical Director.
You will assist in the management functions at the facility and support and reinforce company-wide initiatives such as innovative technologies and promotes clinical efficiency for best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Clinical Director in developing effective clinical programming and ensures staff compliance to the curriculum.
- Use substance abuse and co-occurring therapeutic interventions and de-escalation techniques to assist patients with accomplishing all treatment plans goals and objectives and successfully complete treatment.
- Effectively provide group therapy, caseload management and provide coaching and mentoring to clinicians.
- Review and sign off on documentation as directed by Clinical Director.
- Participate in crisis intervention with patients as needed.
- Participate with multidisciplinary team as needed.
