The Recovery Village Umatilla is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our team in providing high-quality food preparation services. As a member of our Food Service Department, you will be responsible for assisting with meal and food preparation, regulation compliance, and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with meal and food preparation, including food storage and cleanliness of all areas and items within the kitchen, dining room, and other food storage, meal service, and refuse disposal areas.
- Utilize approved cleaning agents within all food preparation, storage, and refuse disposal areas.
- Responsible for removal of trash and refuse from kitchen, dining room, and food storage areas.
- Use appropriate care and safety when using meat slicer and other kitchen equipment.
- Inventories food service items and supplies as directed.
