We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Recovery Village Umatilla. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients struggling with addiction, substance abuse, and mental health issues.

Key responsibilities of the LPN role include:
- Resolving pending issues from the previous shift, such as missed or incomplete labs or treatments, incomplete admissions or discharges, missing data for continuity of care.
- Compliance Audit Related to Infection Control, including glucometer, refrigerator, sharps containers, laboratory cleanliness, pests in facility, hand washing and flu campaign
- Ordering supplies, inventory management, maintaining/organizing supply room
- Monitoring and tracking lab orders, monitoring and tracking outside consults, tracking medical transfers
- Coordinating and planning admission workflow, printing Integra and Care 360 requisitions, ensuring collected samples are properly labeled
- Level of Care transfers in AVATAR
- Administrative functions, such as scanning documents into AVATAR, assisting with work schedule, assisting BHT's with creation/modification of observation sheets
- Checking/auditing proper completion of any nursing procedure (at discretion of DON) to assure compliance

To qualify for this position, you must have certification in Practical Nursing or equivalent as per state law. Behavioral health experience is preferred.
