Job Title: Collections Supervisor Department: Accounting
Reports to: VP Of Finance
Job Summary: This role manages project billing, credit, and collections processes, including preparing and submitting pay applications, lien waivers and releases, filling any documents for payment protection, reviewing credit applications and determining credit limits, and ensuring accurate payment terms on customer accounts. The individual will track aging reports, support the collections team, and assist with collection escalations and regional concerns.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prepare all pay applications any required waivers for project billing as needed for all divisions or any other required documents for submission.
- Determine the credit limit as it goes hand in hand with the collections side. Review Credit Applications that are processed and ready for credit determination.
- Review Dynamics as needed to ensure Payment Terms are accurate.
- Will help with review of projects and as needed will help enter into Level set to protect our lien rights.
- Review aging reports to clean up over and unders and review short – paid items that need to be collected.
- Review aging reports with the collections team to step in and help collect when needed and learn how to navigate those conversations to help the collections team
- Track collections status of project balances as it pertains to commissions payout to the reps.
- Support the regional divisions with concerns regarding collection efforts, demand letters, collections escalations etc.
- Attend Project Management calls to stay unformed about status and delays weekly or biweekly via Teams

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to lift 15 pounds
