Job Summary:
The Operations Support Specialist is responsible for creating production packets and serving as a liaison between the sales and operations teams. This role ensures seamless communication and workflow between departments, supporting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize production packets, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documentation.
- Act as a bridge between sales and operations, ensuring smooth information flow and addressing any discrepancies.
- Review orders, specifications, and customer requirements to facilitate efficient production processes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production and sales coordination.
- Perform administrative duties as required, including data entry and report generation.
Responsible for additional duties and accountabilities that will be assigned as needed.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Previous experience in operations support, production coordination, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to lift 15 pounds
