What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sample Specialist position at The Recreational Group LLC?
Job Summary: The Sample Specialist will be responsible for cutting and preparing turf samples to provide to existing and potential customers. The Sample Specialist will be responsible to maintain all sample racks and any shipping and receiving.
Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Cut and prepare turf samples
2. Assist customer service and sales representatives with processing sample box orders to be shipped
3. Process order for sample boxes
4. Maintain all sample racks
5. Prepare samples for website and marketing sample tags
6. Responsible for shipping and receiving via UPS
7. Maintain a clean and tidy workspace
8. Regular on-site attendance during business hours according to the work schedule
9. Other duties as assigned
Full-time/On-site schedule: Monday-Friday
Valid Driver's License
Required Skills/Abilities:
1. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
2. Strong work ethic and attention to detail
3. Strong organizational skills
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
