Job Summary

an exceptional Operations Manager to lead this branch’s growth. Supported by our
homebase Operating Director. The Lead Operations will play a pivotal role in driving our
vision forward.

Responsibilities and Duties
As Lead Operations, you will independently manage and lead this branch, along
with unparalleled and ongoing corporate training and support.
Business Development : Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish
Caspoint as the preferred in-home care provider.
Referral building : Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners
hospitals, senior living, etc.)
Staffing and Scheduling : Hiring and onboarding new team members and
ensuring all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls
come from clients, caregivers and partners.
In-home Assessments : Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and
ensure client satisfaction.
Cultivation Culture : Creating the workplace of choice for your territory. Set your own
standard through incentivizing, motivating and setting the tone of your team morale
Qualifications and Skills
A proven leader with previous experience managing a team
Success with meeting business development goals
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Entrepreneurial mindset
Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and oversight of staff
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
