Responsibilities

- Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement strategies to guide children’s actions.
- Observe and assess children's development, providing feedback to parents on their progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational experience for all students.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the classroom setting.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Experience
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a preschool or daycare setting, demonstrating strong classroom management skills.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early education.
- Experience working with children with disabilities or special educational needs is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques tailored for young children.
