The Red Barn Child Care Center & Preschool is seeking a Child Care Floater/HERO to join our team in Clarksville, TN. These candidates are crucial to our daily operations and support of our Educators. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of daily activities and curriculum for children
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime, rest time, outdoor activities, and routines.
- Assist with meal times, rest times, diapering, and potty training
- Support teachers and administration in maintaining a safe and clean environment
- Provide a positive and nurturing atmosphere for children
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting is a plus but training is provided
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, educators, and administration
- Possess a friendly and patient demeanor
- Must pass background check, drug screening, physical and provide 3 professional references
- Have CPR/first aid certification or be willing to obtain in first 90 days
