Job Title: Server/Prep Person
The Red Bud Cafe is a beloved local eatery, serving up fresh, delicious food to our community for 5 years. We are looking for a Server/Prep Person to join our team, who is passionate about food, customer service and willing to learn.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers as they enter the restaurant and provide them with menus.
Take customer orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
Prepare food items such as salads, sandwiches and soups as needed.
Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and freshness.
Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a restaurant setting is preferred, but not required.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Flexibility to work 8am to 4pm weekdays and weekends.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
