Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate needs to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using our POS system
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Buss tables and assist with maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, including sanitizing surfaces and utensils.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and address any special requests from guests.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to resolve issues effectively.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of food service best practices.
Experience
- Applicants MUST have previous experience in a restaurant
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Familiarity with bussing techniques, food safety standards, and sanitation practices is advantageous.
- Experience using POS system
- Ability to work all weekends, and holidays as required by the business schedule.

Pay: $16.35 - $25.00 per hour
