Job Overview

You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using a cash register or point-of-sale system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and the overall dining environment.
• Sanitate utensils and equipment as required to comply with health regulations.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a professional manner.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently while providing change as necessary.
• Adhere to all food handling and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions and processing payments.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• A willingness to help others and provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
