We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled journey-person to join our team as a hot line cook. The ideal candidate will be ready to learn and share their knowledge and skills with fellow cooks.
A successful applicant must possess at least three years of experience on a busy fine-dining restaurant's sauté and grill station, with expertise in French classic and modern sauce making, protein portioning/fabrication, and cooking meats and fish to temperature.
The ideal candidate will also have basic knife skills and be willing to take direction and accept positive criticism. Shifts typically start between 1 and 2:00pm and end around 10-11:00pm, with room for career growth for the right person.
