- Assist in preparing and cooking protein portioning/fabrication
- Cook meats and fish to temperature with ease

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- At least three years of hot line experience in a fine-dining restaurant
- Familiarity with French classic and modern sauce making
- Ability to take direction and accept positive criticism
Work Environment
