Job Description: We are looking for an experienced hot line cook to join our team. As a hot line cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals to a high standard, while working efficiently in a dynamic kitchen environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least three years of experience on a busy fine-dining restaurant's sauté and grill station
- Expertise in French classic and modern sauce making
- Protein portioning/fabrication and cooking meats and fish to temperature
- Basic knife skills
