Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals to a high standard

Requirements:
- At least three years of experience on a busy fine-dining restaurant's sauté and grill station
- Expertise in French classic and modern sauce making
- Protein portioning/fabrication and cooking meats and fish to temperature
- Basic knife skills
