Position Details :
- Location : Redlands, CA (In-Person)
- Employment Type : Full-Time (30-40 hours per week)
- Starting Pay : $18.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities :
Assist physicians / providers with procedures, treatments, diagnostic tests, vaccinations, and patient calls.Provide instructions to patients as directed by the physician / provider, ensuring patient safety at all times.Notify patients of diagnostic test results via phone or written communication as directed.Administer medications as ordered by the physician / provider.Reinforce patient education and follow up on care instructions.Perform disinfection and sterilization procedures in accordance with safety protocols.Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and work areas.Assist in monitoring and restocking medical supplies.Handle difficult situations and interact professionally with patients and families.Qualifications :
High School Diploma or equivalent.Medical Assistant certificate or CMA certification through AAMA or AMT.Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a medical office (pediatric experience highly preferred).Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.Proficiency in phone etiquette and computer systems.Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment with a positive and professional demeanor.Why Join Garden Pediatrics?
