Job Title : Physical Therapy Aide / Tech with Citrus Valley Therapy
Location : Redlands, CA (on-site)
Salary : $17 / hr
Job Summary :
The Physical Therapy Aide / Tech supports therapists in delivering high-quality patient care by assisting with treatments, maintaining clinic operations, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for patients. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities :
- Patient Assistance :
Assist therapists during treatments, including gait training, therapeutic exercises, and patient transfers.
Apply heat packs, cold packs, and electrodes under therapist supervision.
Maintain and update accurate patient flowsheets.
Answer phones professionally and assist with basic scheduling if the Front Desk Coordinator (FDC) is unavailable.
Ensure the clinic is clean, organized, and welcoming.
