We're looking for a compassionate, confident, and outgoing go-getter to connect local job seekers- especially individuals experiencing homelessness with employers and training opportunities. This is your chance to build relationships, create opportunities, and help transform lives through meaningful employment.
What You’ll Do:
️ Be a vital link between job seekers and local businesses
️ Partner with community orgs like FSA, Steps4Life & Step Up
️ Provide hands-on support: resumes, interviews, career coaching
️ Represent the Chamber at meetings and outreach events
️ Promote training programs and build employer partnerships
️ Research local job trends and assist with job fairs & events
What We’re Looking For:
Self-starter who thrives working independently
️ Empathetic and people-centered approach
️ Strong communication & relationship-building skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and admin savvy
Must have reliable transportation valid driver’s license
Bonus Points:
- Experience with vulnerable populations
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
