What are the responsibilities and job description for the Courier position at The Redux Group?
Fast-growing real estate team looking for a courier/runner to install lock boxes, directional signs, etc. and help advertise our open houses. As a runner, you should enjoy working outside, manual labor, and take pride in seeing your work displayed all over town.
You must have flexibility in your schedule, your own transportation, and be customer focused!
Compensation:$1.30 per mile
Responsibilities:- Install and remove lock boxes, and signs, (directionals, open house, etc.) from properties
- Keep accurate inventory of signs & lock boxes
- Running errands and complete misc. tasks as needed
- Valid driver’s license
- Flexible availability
- Up to approximately 20 hours per week
- Clean driving record
- Must be able to work physically in all weather conditions
- Organized with a high degree of integrity
- Self Starter
- Excellent English
- Problem solver, intuitive, and team player
