Job Description :
- Responsible for supporting and assisting patients with rehabilitation therapy.
- Collaborate with occupational therapists to implement patient treatment plans.
- Conduct therapy sessions tailored to the individual needs of patients.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Assist in the evaluation of patient treatment progress and update treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide patient and family education to promote understanding and encourage participation in the rehabilitation process.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in the therapy area.
- Ensure compliance with established occupational therapy policies and procedures.
