Union Position - Starting Rate $26.92 - Shift differentials for shifts that start after 2PM.

Position Summary
Works at the direction of the Creekside Care Director nurse and Assisted Living Manager according to scheduled duties. Provides direct resident assistance with medication self-administration and activities of personal care as needed. Maintains medication and treatment areas.
