Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and taking their orders accurately.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently using the POS system.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee supplies and food items.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Adhere to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous or in a similar food service role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage presentation.
