Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our beach team. As a Beach Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and ensure the beach attendants have provided them with chairs and umbrella.
- Provide a flag and a menu and make menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items. Check on guests periodically and assist them when they are ready to order.
- Place order with the kitchen.
- Ensure order arrives in a timely manner, check for accuracy and deliver to guest.
- Process room charge/payment.
- Take care of trash and clean up; maintain clean and organized beach server station.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Prior experience in the food industry or customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in basic math for handling payments
- Familiarity with cash registers and Aloha POS system is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
