As a Shuttle Driver at The Reeds at Shelter Haven, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional transportation services for our guests. Responsibilities
- Safely transport guests to designated locations while providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean and well-functioning shuttle vehicle at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations during transit.
- Assist guests with luggage and provide information about local attractions.
- Coordinate with hotel staff to manage shuttle schedules and guest requests.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure safety and reliability.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns during transportation.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in commercial driving or route driving roles.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to navigate local roads and provide timely transportation services.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
