The Bookkeeping_ Clerk for The Reeds at Shelter Haven_ will be responsible for supporting
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist with verifying, coding, and entering invoices in Compeat Software
- Daily financial reporting
- Record journal entries
- Sort company mail
- Filing and scanning
- House bank audits
- Bank reconciliations
- Customer disputes
- Record retention - Iron Mountain storage
- Bank deposits
- Purchasing
- Monthly F&B Inventory
- Maintain F&B invoice records and update pricing
- Other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will possess the following Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Compeat: 3 yrs (Preferred)
- Accounting/Bookkeeping 3 yrs (Preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
