What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Lobby Attendant position at The Reeds at Shelter Haven?
The Lobby Attendant clears and cleans the public spaces and guest areas of the hotel including the lobby and restrooms. They assist the Housekeeping team with keeping all housekeeping closets and storage areas clean, tidy, and organized. Due to the high-level of guest interaction there will be times when the housekeeper is expected to meet basic guests? needs.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to cleaning chemicals and materials.
- Daily cleaning of public spaces in a timely fashion and according to company standards.
- Maintaining all housekeeping closets and storage areas in a clean, tidy, and organized fashion.
- Handle all hotel property (furniture, linens, towels, cleaning supplies, etc.) with respect and in a manner that will maintain its integrity.
- Assist guests with basic requests.
- Other duties as assigned.
