Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Server is a tipped position.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Prior experience in the food industry or customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in basic math for handling payments
- Familiarity with cash registers and Aloha POS system is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
