We're looking for outstanding budtender candidates who are passionate about cannabis and its products, with a strong knowledge of cannabis science, strain genetics, terpenes, and minor cannabinoids. As a budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Job Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, inquiries, and educating them about cannabis products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including compliance with state regulations.
• Accurately process transactions using the Green Bits POS system and handle high-volume cash transactions with precision.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• 1 years of budtending experience preferred.
• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• Experience with high-volume cash handling and the Green Bits POS system preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cannabis science, strain genetics, terpenes, and minor cannabinoids.
• Self-motivated, service-oriented, and able to balance a strong work ethic with positivity and levity.

Compensation: $16.28-$17 /hr tips(Average per hour $6-$9) Health Insurance for Full-time employees.
